Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Dovud Husanov ("we", "us"), the developer of ShotBloom. They work together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's EULA"). If the two ever conflict, Apple's EULA applies to the extent required by the App Store.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShotBloom on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

3. Your screenshots

Everything you capture or create with ShotBloom belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to it and we never receive it. You are responsible for what you capture and share, and for having the right to do so. Before sharing, check that blur and redaction cover everything you want to hide.

4. ShotBloom Pro

ShotBloom is free to download. ShotBloom Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks every background, template, frame and mockup, and unlimited Blur, Highlight and Redact. It is offered as:

• A monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• A lifetime purchase. A one-time payment that unlocks ShotBloom Pro for as long as the app is available to you.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may change; a price change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Use Restore Purchases in the app to get Pro back on another Mac or after reinstalling.

Without Pro, Blur, Highlight and Redact are free on your first two screenshots. Free features and limits may change in future versions.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use ShotBloom to break the law or harm others, for example to capture or share content you have no right to share, or to harass, deceive or invade anyone's privacy.

6. Our intellectual property

The ShotBloom app, name, icon, design and website belong to us. The device and window frames in ShotBloom are generic illustrations and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any device maker. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.

7. Privacy

ShotBloom keeps your screenshots on your Mac. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what information is handled and why.

8. Updates and availability

We may update ShotBloom to add, change or remove features. We try to keep the app working well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, ShotBloom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that blur or redaction will make information impossible to recover in every case, so always review an image before you share it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of ShotBloom. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ShotBloom Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Apple

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for ShotBloom and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for ShotBloom.
• If ShotBloom fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about ShotBloom, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and intellectual property claims.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Ending these terms

You can stop using ShotBloom at any time by deleting it. If you seriously break these terms, your license to use the app ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using ShotBloom after a change, the updated terms apply.
